They lift heavy objects\, wield the box cutters\, and get things where they need to go.\nYou’ll work with an inclusive\, hands-on\, collaborative group that connects people via E-commerce\, along with our stores with quality products to encourage active outdoor lives. You’ll always be learning\, and there’s a good chance your co-workers will inspire you to try something new\, like riding in a Fondo\, bouldering or paddle boarding.\n\nThis is a unionized position with great benefits and pay!\nCurrent Openings:\nBackstock Operator (MHE operator)\nCertification provided to successful hire\nTuesday – Thursday (14:30 – 23:00)\, Friday (13:00 – 21:30)\, Saturday (7:00 – 15:30\n\n \n\nWhat you bring:\n\n 	Preference given for warehouse experience.\n 	A good natured\, welcoming vibe. You’re outgoing and genuinely like working with people.\n 	Solid English communications skills\, oral and written. You listen first\, and then share knowledge.\n 	Ability to lift 60 lbs.\n 	Positive and respective attitude.\n 	Excellent attention to detail\n 	Mathematical aptitude.\n 	Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced\, team environment.\n 	Commitment to continuous improvement.\n 	Own CSA-approved steel toe boots (required). – Boot allowance Paid\n 	You’re stoked on something.
